Grounding Through Uncertainty: A BIPOC Meditation Retreat

  • Wild Heart Meditation Center 3123 Gallatin Pike Nashville, TN 37216 (map)

The world right now is full of uncertainty and fear. How can we cultivate within ourselves the tools and mindset to ground ourselves amidst the pain so that we can experience care and take wise action? In this half day retreat, we’ll meditate and be in community together, and explore how both of those things are essential for these times. The day will be facilitated by Nashville POC Sangha founder Jennifer Wang and will include guided and silent meditation, a talk given by Jennifer, and group discussion and Q&A.

The retreat is meant to be experienced in its entirety so please arrive a few minutes early to get settled into your seat so that we can start promptly at 10am. To experience the retreat fully, we encourage you to plan ahead so that as much as possible, you can disconnect from your devices and dedicate yourself to your practice for the duration of the retreat.

Register here. The retreat is donation-based (free of charge). Tea and snacks will be provided.
