Walking Meditation with Walk Bike Nashville
Join us for Walk Bike Nashville’s Mother’s Day Community Walk!
The first leg of this walk will be a walking meditation, led by Jennifer. Join us as we walk together in silence at a slow, gentle pace, taking in the ground beneath us and the world around us as we take each step. Although we will be in silence, we invite you to walk with friends, children, mothers, and loved ones. The meditation portion will conclude at Fort Negley, where those that would like to just do the non-meditation portion of the walk can join us, and where we’ll hear a bit about the history behind the Fort.
