In this half day retreat, we’ll meditate and be in community together, at a time when the world likely will seem crazy for many of us with elections having just passed and holidays coming up, in addition to all the other things going on in our lives. Our practice and conversation will touch on how to find calm in the storm, looking deeply into the way things are at their core and working with our own minds and hearts.
The day will be facilitated by Nashville POC Sangha co-founder Jennifer Wang and will include guided and silent meditation, a talk given by Jennifer, and group discussion and Q&A.
